YongfengThe Academic Committee of the County Museum is the academic consultation and evaluation institution of the museum under the leadership of the curator, and it is also the organization and guidance institution of the scientific research work of the museum. The specific responsibilities are: formulating scientific research plans, organizing scientific research work, editing and publishing library journals and treatises, organizing academic activities inside and outside the library, reviewing the scientific research results of business personnel, and recommend participating professional and technical positions. The specific work is as follows:

1. Grasp the scientific research situation of various disciplines and business departments of the library, and make analysis and prediction on the current situation and development trend of the scientific research work of our library every year. Review the library's medium and long-term scientific research plan and annual academic research plan. Put forward the academic research project plan, submit the scientific research project formation plan of each discipline and the specific opinions of the person in charge of each scientific research group to the library affairs meeting.

2. Give full play to the organizational role of the academic committee, organize and carry out various special studies and the declaration of academic topics inside and outside the museum.

3. Guide the construction of the academic work of the library and publish academic works from time to time.

4. Submit specific opinions on the use of scientific research funds in our library to the library affairs meeting, and review and demonstrate various books and periodicals published by the library.

5. Carry out various academic exchange activities, preside over various academic activities, and hold academic lectures from time to time.

6. Assess the scientific research results of business personnel, and report the research results and progress of research projects this year by business personnel with intermediate and senior titles in the library.

7. Select the outstanding scientific research achievements in the museum, and regularly evaluate the academic research achievements and display schemes, which are held every two years. And actively participate in all kinds of higher-level awards for outstanding achievements in social sciences.
