YongfengFriends of the County Museum Charter

Chapter I General Provisions 
Article 1 The name of this group is“YongfengFriends of the County Museum". 
Article II YongfengFriends of the County Museum is a voluntary non-profit organization composed of social individuals who are enthusiastic about public welfare undertakings, have a sense of identity and interest in the mission of the museum, can provide resources to help promote the cause of the museum, are willing to properly exercise the rights of members, and fulfill the obligations of members. 
Article III YongfengThe purpose of the Friends of the County Museum: StrengtheningYongfengThe communication and interaction between the county museum and the public, promote the connection between the museum and the society, and further realize the function of the museum serving the public education.ExplorationSearch for historical tracks, tell humanistic stories, show cultural details, and relive the years of beacon fire.Propaganda and carry forward Luling culture, improve the influence of Luling culture, promote the progress of individuals and society, and promote the development of public welfare cultural undertakings. 

Chapter II Business Scope 
Article 4 Business scope of the group: 
(I) organizations contact the public, groups into the museum to visit. 
(II) promote universal education in museums and the spread of Luling culture.

Chapter III Member Classification 
Article V Any individual who supports the constitution of the group and has the will to join the group. 
ARTICLE VIYongfengThe members of the Friends of the County Museum are composed of ordinary members, student members, teacher members and family members. 
(I) Ordinary Member 
Where annual fee is paidThe public who care about museums, love museums, and are committed to promoting the development of museums can apply to become ordinary members and enjoy the following rights and interests: 
1. Free access to all exhibitions and exhibitions in the museum; 
2. Free participation in general academic lectures held by the museum; 
3.5 discount rental voice interpreter;
4. Receive information on various activities, lectures and exhibitions, as well as guide books for special exhibitions;

Buy general books and some handicrafts sold by the museum at a discount of 5.9;;

(II) Student Membership 

No annual fee is required, and outstanding student volunteers are selected (upMore than 80 hours, through the examination of the relevant departments of the library) to join, when the students graduate, automatically withdraw from the ranks of student members. Enjoy the following benefits: 
1. Free visit to all exhibitions and exhibitions; 
2. Participate in academic lectures and other general academic exchange activities free of charge; 
3. Free access to the library publications, year-round exhibitions, activities and lectures information. 
4. Priority shall be given to participating in all kinds of summer camp activities organized by the museum (relevant expenses shall be paid according to the cost). 

(III) Teacher Member 

No annual fee, where the previous year cumulative organization of studentsTeachers from kindergartens, primary schools, junior high schools and Senior high school schools with more than 200 people visiting our library, as well as teachers from universities, junior colleges and secondary Junior College schools with more than 100 students can apply to become teacher members in the next year with their teacher qualification certificates and enjoy the same rights and interests as ordinary members. 

(IV) Family Members 
The annual fee is $60 yuan/year, in the form of 2 adults +2 minor children under the age of 18, can enjoy the following rights and interests: 
(1) Enjoy the same treatment as ordinary members; 
2. Minor children can participate in the "second classroom" activities held by the museum for minors free of charge; 
3. Priority shall be given to participating in the corresponding summer camp activities organized by the museum (relevant expenses shall be paid according to the cost). 

Chapter IV Membership formalities 
Article VII Membership applications are accepted during all working hours. 
Article 8 Student members must be processed with student ID cards (student volunteers must be processed with valid certificates after being recognized by relevant departments); teacher members must be processed with teacher qualification certificates (the performance of organizing student visits must be processed with valid certificates after being recorded in the museum); family members Handle with account book. 
Article IX Members hold certificates and one color photo of their personal bareheaded (family members must hold one photo of each family member) to fill in the application form for membership in the propaganda and education department and go through the membership formalities. Two weeks later to the Ministry of Education to collect membership card. 
Article X Members enjoy the right to renew their subscriptions, I .e. a 20% discount after the membership expires for one year, and the renewal discount is valid for two months after the membership expires. 

Chapter V Membership and membership card management 
Article 11 Membership 

Membership is valid1 year from the date of membership. Membership is maintained if the annual meeting fee continues to be paid at the end of the validity period. 
Members withdraw from the club and are dissatisfied with their membership.50% membership fee can be refunded for 3 months, and membership fee will not be refunded for more than 3 months. 
Membership is not allowed to be transferred. 
Article 12 Membership card management 
Members are required to show their membership cards and valid certificates when enjoying their membership rights, and to register at the service desk for each visit; 
If the membership card is lost, I will apply to the museum for a replacement and charge a cost fee.10 yuan (no more than twice a year). 
The membership cards owned by various members cannot be used for profit. Once discovered, their membership will be canceled and the membership card will be confiscated, and the right to pursue their legal responsibilities is reserved. 

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
