Yongfeng County is located in the middle of Jiangxi Province, along the east of the Jitai Basin. Here, the landscape is wonderful, rich in resources; rich in products, simple folk customs; literary style flourishing, talented people; is one of the main birthplaces of Luling culture. Since the establishment of the county in the Northern Song Dynasty to the first year of Hehe (1054), the sages and handsome men represented by Ouyang Xiu have carried forward Confucian righteousness, respected integrity and self-cultivation, and written a brilliant chapter of articles. Yongfeng was also the north gateway of Quanhong County and the central base area in the Central Soviet Area, nurturing nine founding generals of the Republic, including General Guo Linxiang.

The exhibition of Yongfeng County Museum explores the historical development track of Yongfeng, tells humanistic stories, shows rich cultural heritage, and relives the years of revolutionary beacon fire from four parts: "ancient charm", "famous sages of past dynasties", "customs and folk customs" and "red fertile soil. Rich material evidence, vivid characters, wonderful scenes, to show the audience Yongfeng once brilliant.
