Yongfeng County Museum to accept social donations management system

Article 1In order to encourage our library to accept social donations to fund cultural and cultural undertakings, regulate donation and assistance, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of donors and recipients, in accordance with the "the People's Republic of China Public Welfare Donation Law" and "the People's Republic of China Anti-Unfair Competition Law" And other laws and regulations, combined with the actual work of our library, formulate these measures.

Article IIThe term "social donation and subsidy" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the voluntary and free payment of natural persons, legal persons and other organizations (hereinafter referred to as donation sponsors)Yongfeng County Museum to provide funds or materials and other forms of support and help.

Article IIIMuseums must abide by national laws and regulations, adhere to the principle of voluntary and free, and conform to the purpose of public welfare. It shall not harm the public interest and the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, shall not accept donations with conditions that affect fair competition, shall not link the acceptance of donations with the purchase of goods (services), and shall not ask for, apportion or apportion in any way.

Article 4All departments of the museum must accept social donations in the name of a legal person (museum), and the donated and subsidized property must be uniformly registered, managed and used by the Ministry of Cultural Protection. All departments, functional departments and individuals are not allowed to accept donations. Under special circumstances, if the donor requests to accept the donation in the name of an individual, it shall report to the collective leadership of the museum for examination and approval in advance, and bring it into the unified management and use of the Ministry of Culture and Security.

Article VThe social donation and subsidy property accepted by the museum and its value-added belong to public property and shall be managed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, and no unit or individual may embezzle, misappropriate or damage it.

ARTICLE VIMuseums should promptly disclose the situation of donations and assistance and the use and management of donated and aided property, and accept social supervision.
