Yuan Zhihe, male, Han, native of Yongfeng County, Jiangxi Province, cadre, member of the Communist Party of China, undergraduate culture. Born in July 1972, in December 1991 to work, intermediate title. He is currently a member of the Party Committee of the Yongfeng County Culture, Radio, Television, Press and Publication Bureau, Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of the Bureau, Deputy Captain of the County Cultural Market Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade, and Director of the County Cultural Center.

He has successively served as a reporter of Yongfeng County TV station, director of the information department, director of the office of the new Bureau of culture, radio, film and television, director of the library, and director of the cultural center.
