He graduated from the Department of Politics and Education of Ji 'an Teachers College in 1992 and was assigned to teach in Yaotian Middle School in Yongfeng County. He was transferred to the county museum in September 1995. In December 1999, he graduated from the correspondence college of the Central Party School of the Communist Party of China, majoring in politics and law. From December 2001 to May 2003, he served as deputy director of Yongfeng County Library. Since June 2003, he has served as deputy director of the County Museum. In 2022, he was hired as an associate research librarian. He is now a director of Jiangxi Provincial Museum Association, a member of Ji'an genealogy society and a member of Ji'an revolutionary cultural relics expert committee.

In addition to teaching, he likes literature, poetry, history, Yongfeng local history and party history research work. He has published more than 300 poems and more than 10 articles in various media. He is now a member of Jiangxi Poetry Society, Ji 'an Luling Poetry Society, Ji 'an Ouyang Xiu Culture Research Association, County Poetry (Couplets) (Director), County Writers Society and County Party History Research Society.
